A structured setup package for regulated care providers who want TheOldBear configured correctly from day one — workspace, branding, users, modules and a guided onboarding session.
What is included
- Workspace creation — organisation record, slug, trial or commercial state aligned with your order form.
- Branding setup — logo upload, primary / accent colours, workspace title (where your plan allows branding).
- User setup — owner and admin accounts, optional CSV import template for bulk staff (scoped to your process).
- Plan & module configuration — package alignment, module matrix and usage caps matched to your contract.
- Onboarding / training session — one facilitated walkthrough for managers (remote or on-site by agreement).
- Optional migration support — structured cutover planning from spreadsheets or legacy tools (quoted separately).
Typical timeline
Week 1 discovery → Weeks 2–3 configuration and UAT → Go-live with hypercare. Exact dates depend on sites, module mix and data readiness.
Training programmes and leadership presentations are quoted separately unless bundled on your order form.
