Cookie and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in safely, remember preferences, and protect the service from abuse. This page summarises typical categories used by the platform.
Strictly necessary
Session and security cookies are required for authentication (admin portal and customer workspace), CSRF protection, and basic reliability. These cannot be switched off while using authenticated areas.
Functional
We may store UI preferences (for example sidebar state or accessibility choices) to improve usability. These are limited to what the application needs to behave consistently across visits.
Analytics and marketing
Public marketing pages may load analytics or advertising tags only where you configure them in your deployment. By default the core PHP application does not require third-party marketing cookies for workspace operation.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or cause security features to fail.
Consent banner: If your jurisdiction requires a consent tool for non-essential cookies on the public site, integrate it at the template level and align this statement with your legal advice.
